When will I be billed?

You can subscribe today to reserve your spot, but no charges are processed until June 1, 2026 — our official launch date. Existing subscribers continue billing on their normal monthly cycle once active.

What is the difference between Provider Solo and Provider Group?

Provider Solo is for an individual licensed clinician running a single-provider practice. Provider Group is for practices with multiple clinicians who need shared scheduling, internal handoffs, and roster management. Both tiers include directory listing, the referral board, and care coordination tools.

What does the Partner Circle subscription include?

Partner Circle is for clinics, hospitals, schools, and community organizations that send referrals into the network. It includes a dedicated partner portal, real-time referral status tracking, secure document upload with consent, monthly performance reports, and access to assigned care coordinators.

Can I cancel or change my plan later?

Yes. You can change tiers or cancel from your account settings at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you retain access through that period.

Do you offer custom pricing for large organizations?
